METLANE built-up air handlers consist of acoustical enclosures dedicated to noise reduction of HVAC systems. Our designs are optimized to incorporate any HVAC system component (heating, filtration, ventilation, cooling, humidification, mixing chambers, heat wheels, etc.).
They are built from METLANE acoustical panels, just like our acoustical enclosures. Our team has built and installed these units for over 30 years.
Built-up air handlers provide superior noise control inside buildings, as well as excellent servicing accessibility for maintenance personnel.
These air handler chambers are usually shipped in separate modular panels with or without supporting structure. Multi-level units are available for heat wheel installations.
